Girls water polo picks up first victory of the season

Behind a dominant performance from sophomore Sydney Gould '26 the Raiders rolled to a 19-8 victory over Cooper City High School in front of the home fans. Gould finished the game with a team high eight goals.  Sophomore Lucy Hansen '26 led the team with five assists and senior Leah Dimond '24 had a strong defensive performance with five steals. The Raiders will get back in the water today for practice as they begin preparations for MAST Academy on Tuesday at the Ansin Aquatic Center.
