Raiders earn win in double overtime

Senior Dani Darcangelo '24 continued her strong season with another three goal performance as the Raiders defeated Coral Reef High School in a double overtime thriller. Sophomore Alicia Medina '26 scored twice, including the game winning goal in the second overtime period. Sophomore Abby Pollak '26 added two goals and sophomore Valentina Capote '26 and freshman Zoe Weber '27 scored once in the victory. Junior goalie Sofia Martin '25 earned the victory in net with 11 saves. The win moves the team to 5-4 overall with two weeks left in the regular season. The Raiders will take some time off for spring break before the final stretch of games as they prepare for district tournament competion.
