2009-2010 Admission Schedule
The dates listed below are extremely important to the efficient processing of applications. Please review them carefully. If you have questions or conflicts please contact the Admission Office as soon as possible.
Upon request, admission packets, including SSAT bulletins, are mailed to candidates for September 2010 admission. Interviews may be scheduled after our office has received the application. Mailings will continue throughout the school year in response to inquiries and availability.
If you wish to apply for financial aid, please attach a note to the application or call our office immediately. A confidential financial aid form will then be mailed to you. |
CANDIDATES WHO FILE APPLICATIONS AFTER JANUARY 1, 2010, CANNOT BE GUARANTEED AN INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT BY THE FEBRUARY 15, 2010, DEADLINE.

Open House 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. for families interested in Middle School (grades 6, 7, 8) will take place at our Upper School campus. |
| November 20 |
Registration deadline for December 12 SSAT. After this date, call the Admission Office for our advice. |
December 12

Saturday, the SSAT will be administered on the Middle School campus for all grade levels (6-12). |
| December 18 |
Registration deadline for January 9 SSAT. After this date, call the Admission Office for our advice. |
| December 31 |
Applications postmarked by December 31 will be guaranteed an interview appointment by the February 15th deadline. |
| January 9 |
Saturday, the SSAT will be administered on the Middle School campus for all grade levels (6-12). |
| February 12 |
Registration deadline for March 6 SSAT. After this date, call the Admission Office for our advice. |
| February 15 |
An on-campus personal interview must be completed, and transcripts, recommendations and official SSAT results must be received by this date for candidates wishing notification by early March. Decisions on folders completed after this date will be made as the Admission Committee reviews remaining folders and determines the number of places available. |
| February 26 |
Deadline for filing completed financial aid applications. |
| March 1 |
Admission decisions will be announced by mail for candidates who have completed folders by February 15. |
| March 6 |
Saturday, the SSAT will be administered on the Middle School campus for all grade levels (6-12). |
| March 26 |
Registration deadline for April 17 SSAT. After this date, call the Admission Office for our advice. |
| April 17 |
Saturday, the SSAT will be administered on the Middle School campus for all grade levels (6-12). |

Registration deadline for June 12 SSAT. After this date, call the Admission Office for our advice. |
