Raiders earn hard fought 2-1 victory

Senior Luca Falero '25 led the way with two early goals as the Raiders withstood a late push from Riviera Prep to earn a 2-1 victory on their home turf.  Senior goalkeeper Eduardo Michelsen '25 was outstanding with crucial saves in the second half. The Raiders received solid midfield play from senior Frankie Pines '25, and freshman Sebastian Daes '28 and Daniel Li '28 provided support defensively in their best game of the season. It was a critical victory for the Raiders who continue to improve with a young team. The team will get back on the practice field today as they turn their attention to Mitchell High School for a Friday night game under the lights of Robert E. Walker Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
