Middle school drama brings Charlotte's Web to life at Swenson Hall

Ransom Everglades middle school drama students brought to life a classic children's story – Charlotte's Web – with a charming production that included a memorable cast, adorable costumes designed by faculty member Alina Mendoza and an impressive set assembled by RE students producers. Miles Caplow '30 starred as Wilbur the pig, Jane Palazzi '30 shined as Charlotte, and nearly two dozen other student-actors excelled in significant roles. Photo Gallery
Performing arts teacher Gina Montet directed the production at Swenson Hall, starting the open-night performance by honoring several of the student producers working behind the scenes and acknowledging the hard work of the entire cast and crew.

"Our shows are 100 percent student run," Montet said. "We have students doing the light, students doing the sound, students doing the acting – students doing it all."
